ESR Tubes (Blood Collection Tube)
These blood collection tubes are used for ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) tests. Sodium Citrate is added as an anticoagulant. The ratio of blood volume to anticoagulant is 4 to 1. These tubes are also available in 1.6ml glass form. The 1.6ml glass tubes are used in combination with a ESR analyzer.
Outline
The erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) can be used as a non-specific search technique for inflammatory reactions and observing their development. ESR tubes are used for determination of the ESR.

Invert and back the collected sample 8 to 10 times.
