Separation Gel (for available models) is added to separate plasma from blood cells, hich can enhance the purity of sampled plasma.

Centrifugation instructions: 1300g-2000g for 10 minutes at 25°C room temperature.

Recommendation
Invert and back the collected sample 8 to 10 times. For centrifugation, run the sample at ≤ 1300g for 10 minutes. For tubes with Gel, run the sample at 1300-2000g for 10 minutes.
